Take a Walk With GOD

Take some quality time with GOD. Unplug from the world and go for a walk with Him. When you make Him a priority, it can change everything in an amazing way. He has some things to share with you … things you have been seeking Him on. Open up to Him, and leave what you have been carrying at His feet. Pause, pray, and listen to what He has to say to you. Let Him fill you up and refresh your soul. 

“My soul, wait in silence for God only, For my hope is from Him.” Psalm 62:5

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to GOD.” Philippians 4:6

“but they who wait for Yahweh shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31

Brighter Days Ahead

Life can be challenging at times and the waters can be so turbulent you feel like you are going to be swallowed up. But there is ALWAYS HOPE in Yahushua. He has overcome this world. He has not failed you yet and He will not fail you now. Your HOPE is in Him. Take a deep breath and receive that Truth. Let the anxiety and stress go with every exhale. And then breathe Him in through every inhale. He is with you. He understands you when no one else does. He has a plan for you.

“May the GOD of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares Yahweh, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11

“Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.” Romans 12:12

Surrender ALL to GOD

Surrender ALL that you are carrying to GOD today. Worrying about it does not add anything to your life. Seeking His Kingdom will add to your life. Pursue Him with everything, release what you have been holding onto so tightly, and cling to Him alone. He has never failed you. Lean not on your own understanding. Call on Him to help you release all. If you need some help, here is a prayer you can say:

Dear Heavenly Father, I need you. Holy Spirit help me to surrender ALL. I do not want to hold onto the worries of this world. Quicken my spirit and bring to my remembrance all of the goodness of GOD and His plan for my life. Give me the strength to release all to You. Deliver me of the spirits of worry and fear. Fill me with Your Spirit and heal me. Thank You for hearing my prayer. In Yahushua’s Name I pray, AMEN.

“Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6

Worry Less, Pray More

I hear, “Fret not little one for I am with you. I know your every need. I will not forsake you. I will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before you. I will scatter them in multiple directions. My Hand is upon your life. Seek Me with all of your heart and you will find Me.”

“You shall seek those who contend with you, but you shall not find them; those who war against you shall be as nothing at all. For I, YHWH your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you.” Isaiah 41:12-13

“YHWH will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before you. They shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.” Deuteronomy 28:7

Take a Deep Breath, Everything is Going to Be Okay

Heavenly Father I ask today that Your Peace pours over those reading this right now. I see so many dealing with anxiety and stress. They are doing their best to clear their thoughts but the spirits of anxiety are trying to overwhelm them. I speak LIFE over them. I hear “everything is going to be okay”. Please let that Truth penetrate every part of your being. 

Father, You are showing me how you care for the sparrows and how much more you would care for your sons and daughters. Worrying is not adding a single minute to their life. It is taking away and filling a spot where JOY is meant to reside.

Deep breath … imagine Yahushua smiling in front of you with Heaven’s Light all around the two of you. His Love for you is so great. He will not forsake you. He knows exactly what you need at the exact moment you need it.

Everything is going to be okay.

“Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6
